Responsibilities of Mentors
- The Mentors are mapped to 60 learners and they need to monitor them on a regular basis. Mentors provide guidance, advice & feedback to their Mentees.
- The Mentors need to ensure that students are provided with all support and are guided towards successfully completing the course.
- The Mentor will act as a bridge between the teacher and the learner.
- The Mentors need to check & ensure that every student completes the assigned activities as per the timelines provided by the University.
- The Mentors need to ensure that every student is at least connected once a month on call so that the course conduction goes smoothly.
- The Mentors need to handle queries and problems of the students, answer the queries and resolve the problems in the best possible manner, based on University guidelines.
- The Mentors need to take periodic feedback from the students and convey it in writing to the designated University officials.
